A young man who attempted suicide in Tashkent was rescued.
In the Uchtepa district, a patrol officer and a cadet from the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy rescued a young man who had fallen into the Bo‘zsuv canal.

A patrol service officer and a cadet of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs rescued a young man who had fallen into the Bo'zsuv canal in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent. The Public Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this.
The incident occurred on July 2 at approximately 16:30 during a youth festival held in front of the building of the Uchtepa district administration.
While patrolling, internal affairs officers involved in maintaining public order heard the sound of water from the Bo'zsuv canal flowing behind the administration building. Arriving at the scene, patrol service officer of the Uchtepa District Internal Affairs Department, Private N. Po'latbekov, and a second-year cadet of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, D. Xayrullayev, saw a young man falling into the canal and pulled him out of the water.
First aid was provided to the victim. Afterwards, an ambulance team took him to the hospital.
According to the preliminary investigation, it was determined that the citizen attempted suicide after losing a large amount of money in online gambling games. An appropriate investigation into the incident is ongoing.
