Abnormal heat is affecting the efficiency of air conditioners in buses — "Toshshahartransxizmat"
"Toshshahartransxizmat" JSC responded to complaints about cooling systems on buses, stating that some buses do not have air conditioning.

"Toshshahartransxizmat" JSC has commented on critical appeals circulating on social media in recent days regarding the operation of air conditioners on buses.
It was reported that currently, under the management of the enterprise's bus depot branches, 1,672 buses and electric buses are deployed on routes daily. Passengers are being served by Mercedes-Benz, SAZ LE-60, MAN, Yutong, and King Long brand vehicles.
Among the fleet, all 102 Mercedes-Benz buses, 100 out of 272 MAN buses, and 88 out of 201 SAZ LE-60 buses were not equipped with a cabin cooling system by the manufacturer.
It was also noted that the anomalous heat of 45 degrees Celsius and above observed in Tashkent, direct sunlight entering the bus cabin, frequent opening and closing of doors at stops, and the high number of passengers are placing additional load on the air conditioning systems of Yutong and King Long brand buses and electric buses.
It was emphasized that under such extreme weather conditions, even technically sound air conditioners may not be able to fully provide their nominal cooling capacity. Therefore, it was stated that the decrease in cooling efficiency on anomalously hot summer days is often not due to equipment malfunction, but rather a natural technical condition related to operation under high temperatures and reduced heat exchange efficiency.
"Toshshahartransxizmat" JSC stated that all possible measures are being taken to create comfortable conditions for passengers and asked for understanding regarding this temporary inconvenience related to the weather.
