An inspection was conducted on the territory of school No. 271 in Yunusabad: the land area was restored to its previous condition.

On July 31, 2026, construction situations in the areas of children's playgrounds and sports grounds in Yunusabad district were examined. In particular, the facility located on the premises of school No. 271 at 41 Amir Temur Avenue was inspected.

During the examination, it was established that the land plot and buildings on the school premises had been registered with the state based on current documents, and that there were no arbitrarily occupied land areas or illegal structures in the territory.

It was also revealed that, under a public-private partnership agreement and lease contract, a land area of 4,000 square meters had been leased to the LLC "ASIAN SCHOOL." Based on the findings of the examination, the area enclosed with tin sheeting was dismantled, and the land plot was restored to its previous condition.

Supervisory work to ensure legality in the areas and to preserve the inviolability of children's playgrounds and social facilities will be consistently continued. Each case will be reviewed on a legal basis, and justice will be ensured.
