In Sirdarya, a Captiva and a truck collided, killing three people.
A truck collided with a Captiva traveling in the same direction while the truck was making a U-turn.
A traffic accident involving Captiva and Shacman brand vehicles occurred in the Khovos district of Sirdarya region. The Sirdarya Regional Traffic Safety Department reported this.
According to the report, the incident occurred on August 9 at around 10:30 AM on the 125th kilometer of the international highway M-34, on the "Tashkent–Dushanbe" route, in the turning section.
According to preliminary data, while the Shacman brand vehicle was making a U-turn, it collided with a Captiva that was traveling in the same direction along the left lane of the road.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Captiva and two passengers died at the scene.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated by the Investigation Department under the Sirdarya Regional Internal Affairs Directorate under Article 266, Part 3, Clause "a" of the Criminal Code. Investigative actions are currently underway.
