Why was a citizen's house demolished in Surxondaryo?

In the Denov district of Surkhandarya region, an illegally built house and other structures on a farmer's agricultural land plot were demolished. The regional department of the Bureau of Compulsory Execution in Surkhandarya region reported this.

Earlier, reports circulated on social media that BCE officers were attempting to demolish a citizen's home without warning. The BCE investigated this matter and determined that the demolition was carried out based on a court order.

It became known that, according to the enforcement document of the Denov inter-district court for civil cases dated December 29, 2025, 0.20 hectares of irrigated agricultural land in the "Chuqurqishloq" neighborhood of Denov district had been arbitrarily occupied.

The demolition of the house and other illegal structures built on this area, as well as the restoration of the land plot to its original condition, was stipulated.

The court order was received for execution by the Denov district department of the BCE on January 24, 2026. The debtors were warned in the prescribed manner about the need to comply with the requirements of the court order.

Based on the court ruling, enforcement actions were suspended for a certain period. Later, in accordance with the court's instruction, this suspension was lifted and the enforcement process was resumed.

Since the debtors did not voluntarily comply with the requirements of the court order, compulsory enforcement actions were carried out on August 7. As a result, the illegal structures specified in the court order were demolished, and the execution of the court decision to restore the land plot to its original condition was ensured.

The BCE stated that the reports circulated on social media claiming that "a citizen's home was about to be demolished without warning" do not correspond to reality.
