By the President's order, Lieutenant Colonel Dilnoza Redjabova was awarded the rank of Colonel

Lieutenant Colonel Dilnoza Redjabova, who has been serving in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for nearly 20 years, was awarded the special rank of "Colonel". The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this.

 

Dilnoza Redjabova works as a leading specialist in the Information Service of the Road Traffic Safety Service of the Public Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During her service, she has focused on promoting road traffic safety, conveying traffic rules to the public in an understandable manner, and forming a culture of safety among children.

 

On her initiative, a group of road traffic safety promoters consisting of schoolchildren was formed. This group took 2nd place in international competitions held in Kyrgyzstan in 2024 and in Tajikistan in 2025. In the international competition "Young Road Traffic Inspectors" organized in Kazakhstan in August 2026, it took 1st place.

 

Also, in preschool education organization No. 441 in the Olmazor district of Tashkent city, classes aimed at teaching children traffic rules in a practical and visual manner have been established.

 

Taking into account Dilnoza Redjabova's many years of effective service and achieved results, by the instruction of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, she was rewarded and awarded the special rank of "Colonel".

 

This rank was ceremonially presented to her at an event held under the leadership of the Minister of Internal Affairs.
