«In my opinion, the death penalty should be applied for such brutal crimes,» wrote Saida Mirziyoyeva.
According to her, the current legislation does not provide for the death penalty. Therefore, in order to maximize accountability, a proposal is being prepared to introduce relevant amendments to legislative documents.
It was also stated that the necessary instructions have been given to the responsible agencies.
“The criminal will be subjected to the heaviest punishment within the framework of the law” — emphasized the head of the Presidential Administration.
In addition, it was said that those responsible who showed negligence in preventing the incident and failed to protect the minor child will also be punished.
