Presidential decree: Winners and participants of the chess olympiad in Samarkand were awarded

The President of Uzbekistan signed a decree on awarding athletes who successfully participated in the 46th World Chess Olympiad and the 3rd Para Chess Olympiad.
According to the decree, chess players who achieved high results in the competitions held for the first time in the ancient city of Samarkand, and who demonstrated professional skill, intellect, willpower, and fortitude, will be awarded.
The basis for the awarding is the athletes' victory among strong chess players and grandmasters from more than 200 countries of the world, their contribution to enhancing Uzbekistan's international prestige and glory, as well as their services in popularizing chess in the country.
