Two wanted individuals caught in Turkey: one had been on the run for 9 years
Two citizens were handed over to the authorized bodies of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure.

Two citizens of Uzbekistan who were put on the international wanted list were detained in Istanbul, Turkey. One of them had been wanted on charges of robbery since 2017.
F.F.N., identified through cooperation between law enforcement agencies, was charged under Part 3 of Article 164 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan and had been wanted since 2017. Thus, he had been hiding from law enforcement agencies for nearly nine years.
Also, A.M.A., who was put on the international wanted list on charges of committing a crime related to fraud under Part 3 of Article 168 of the Criminal Code, was detained in Istanbul.
The two citizens were handed over to the authorized bodies of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure. Currently, appropriate investigative and other procedural actions are being carried out against them.
The law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan and Turkey continue cooperation in identifying persons on the international wanted list and combating crime.
