On October 10, 2026, at 09:40, a severe road traffic accident occurred in Buloqboshi district, "Neftchilar" MFY, Konchilar street.

 

According to the Information Service of the Andijan Region IIB JXX YHXB, according to preliminary information, a malfunction occurred in the braking system of a HOWO truck loaded with soil, driven by a driver born in 1978, traveling on the "Neftchilar — Kulla" route. As a result, the driver lost control.

 

The truck collided with Cobalt, Nexia, BYD Song Plus, and Nexia-2 vehicles traveling in the oncoming lane, as well as with Nexia-3, Damas, and Matiz vehicles parked on the right side of the road. As a result of the incident, shops along the street were also damaged.

 

As a result of the accident, three people died at the scene. The HOWO driver and three other citizens were hospitalized in the district hospital with various bodily injuries.

 

Regarding this incident, a criminal case has been initiated by the Investigation Department under the Buloqboshi District IIB under Article 266, Part 3 of the Criminal Code. Currently, preliminary investigative actions are being carried out to determine all circumstances of the incident.
