A forensic medical examination has been ordered in the case of a 6-year-old child who was electrocuted at a kindergarten in Fergana.

The situation was taken under control by the Children's Ombudsman.

A forensic medical examination has been ordered in the case of a 6-year-old child who was electrocuted at a kindergarten in Fergana.

 

As previously reported, on February 18 of this year, a child, R.A., born in 2020, who attends a preschool institution in Fergana city, fell into a special underground vault where transformers are installed on the institution's premises. As a result of the incident, the child suffered bodily injuries from an electric shock and was taken to the hospital.

 

This case has been placed under constant monitoring by the Children's Ombudsman. Currently, a forensic medical examination has been ordered regarding the bodily injuries sustained by the child.

 

The Investigation Department under the Fergana City IIB is conducting pre-investigation checks regarding the incident.

 

The Children's Ombudsman continues to monitor the incident from the perspective of ensuring the child's interests and guarantees that all necessary measures will be taken.
