Our decisive step — Reza Pahlavi addressed the Iranian people.
The former Iranian crown prince said that the promised assistance from the United States is arriving, and stated that the ultimate victory will belong to the Iranian people.

Iran's former crown prince Reza Pahlavi, in an address to the nation, stated that Iran has entered a "decisive phase." In his remarks, he indicated that the final stage of the struggle against the Islamic Republic regime is approaching.
Pahlavi noted that the assistance promised to the Iranian people by the U.S. President is arriving, but said this aid is not directed at the Iranian people, but rather against what he called the "oppressive apparatus" of the current system. He emphasized that the ultimate victory will be achieved by the Iranian people themselves.
"However, despite this aid arriving, the final victory will still be ours. We—the Iranian people—will conclude this final battle. The time to return to the streets is near," he said.
Addressing the country's armed forces, police, and security services, the former prince called on them to protect Iran and its people, not the leadership of the Islamic Republic. "Your duty is to protect the people," he stressed.
For reference, Pahlavi is a representative of the Pahlavi dynasty that ruled the country until the 1979 Islamic Revolution. He currently lives abroad and has been supporting anti-government protest movements in recent years.
His address comes at a time when the military-political situation in the region is intensifying. On February 28, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed that Israeli forces struck military targets in Iran. A state of emergency was declared in the country following the operation.
