The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Israel has called on Uzbek citizens to be vigilant.

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Israel has issued an appeal to Uzbek citizens in Israel, requesting them to exercise a high degree of caution.

The diplomatic mission advised citizens to avoid crowded places, refrain from unnecessary travel to certain areas, strictly adhere to the instructions of local authorities, and maintain constant contact with their relatives. It also emphasized the importance of always carrying personal identification documents.

This appeal comes at a time when the security situation in the region is escalating. In particular, the U.S. Department of State announced that it has authorized the departure of some embassy staff and their family members from Israeli territory. They were advised to leave the country while commercial flights are still available.

Furthermore, The New York Times publication wrote that emergency measures may be related to preparations for a possible military operation against Iranian territory. According to the publication, such a scenario could lead to a further escalation of tensions in the region.

The embassy called on Uzbek citizens to monitor the situation through official sources and strictly comply with security rules.
