Women who demanded money in exchange for not distributing a young man's photos in Andijan have been apprehended.

During an urgent operation conducted by the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs' rapid search service and the Andijan Regional Directorate of the State Security Service, the criminal activities of two women were stopped. It was established that a woman born in 2001 had previously conspired with a woman born in 1999, who lives in Tashkent and was already known to her.

One of them, via the TikTok social network, became acquainted with a man born in 2002 living in Andijan district and established a romantic relationship. Subsequently, they wrote various shameful and insulting words on the victim's personal photographs and demanded a total of 20,000 US dollars from the victim in exchange for deleting these materials.

During the urgent operation, the suspects were caught red-handed while transferring part of the agreed amount—7,000 dollars—to a bank plastic card.

Regarding this case, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 3, paragraph "a" of Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and investigative actions are being carried out.
