The "Electronic Prescription" system will not be canceled — Ministry of Health (SSV).
Clarification has been provided regarding the messages circulated on social networks about the cancellation of this system.

Messages are circulating on social networks claiming that the "Electronic Prescription" system has been cancelled. An official response has been issued regarding this situation.
It is noted that these messages are based on a draft order posted on the portal for discussing draft regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health, which proposes declaring the procedure for the phased implementation of the "Electronic Prescription" system as invalid.
The Ministry stated that this draft order is being misinterpreted on social networks.
According to the report, Order No. 25 of the Ministry of Health dated December 15, 2025, provides for the phased formation of a list of medicines to be dispensed through the "Electronic Prescription" system.
That is, in the first phase, electronic prescriptions are mandatory for systemic antibiotics, synthetic antibacterial drugs, and hormonal medications.
"The new draft order, however, envisions the full transfer of all prescription-only medicines to the electronic prescription system in all medical organizations and pharmacies located in the city of Tashkent and the 15 districts (cities) where the pilot project is being implemented (excluding certain categories of potent substances, medicines containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and processes related to the reimbursement program)," the report states.
