According to the information, the regional IIB conducted an inspection after banned religious materials were found on the phones of a woman born in 1983 and her daughter born in 2009, both residents of the Dehqonobod district.

A person born in 1978, who promised to resolve the pre-investigation proceedings in their favor through acquaintances, was detained while receiving 3 million soums.

Subsequently, the operational measures continued, and an operational officer of the Kashkadarya Regional IIB Operational Search Service was caught red-handed while receiving 2.5 million soums from the intermediary for positively resolving this matter.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the IIB employee under Article 210 (taking a bribe) of the Criminal Code, and against the intermediary under Article 212 (mediation in bribery). Investigative actions are ongoing.
