In Namangan, a 21-year-old young man was subjected to "lynching" due to a debt dispute.
A criminal case has been opened against those who beat and assaulted the young man.

In the city of Namangan, a 21-year-old young man was beaten by a group of individuals as a result of a conflict arising from a debt issue. The Namangan City Internal Affairs Department reported this.
According to the information from the Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, the incident occurred on May 31 in the "Dashtbog‘" neighborhood of Namangan city.
It was determined that N.X., born in 1990, N.A., born in 2000, O.A., born in 2000, and A.A., born in 2007, residents of Yangi Namangan district, had an argument with I.A., born in 2005, a resident of Namangan city, over a debt issue.
During the conflict, these individuals beat and assaulted I.A. as a group. As a result, the victim sustained minor bodily injuries.
During the pre-investigation inquiry, all participants in the incident were identified.
Regarding this situation, the Investigation Department under the Namangan City Internal Affairs Directorate has initiated a criminal case against N.X., N.A., O.A., and A.A. under Article 277, Part 2, Clause "b" (hooliganism committed by a group of individuals) of the Criminal Code.
Currently, preliminary investigative actions are being carried out within the framework of the criminal case.
