In Uzbekistan, medical workers with 15 years of experience will be given housing subsidies.

By Resolution No. 310 of the Government dated June 12, 2026, the procedure for covering part of the initial down payment for housing purchased under a mortgage loan was approved, aimed at providing housing for medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of work experience in state medical institutions. This was reported by the "Huquqiy axborot" Telegram channel announced.

According to the new procedure, citizens can purchase housing from the primary housing market in any region of the country under a mortgage loan within the subsidy program, regardless of their registered place of residence.

Applications for subsidies are accepted through State Service Centers or the my.gov.uz portal.

When evaluating applicants, it must be confirmed that they are currently working in a state medical institution and have at least 15 years of work experience in state institutions.

In accordance with the resolution, the subsidy is granted to one family (either the husband or wife) only once. Winners are determined among candidates who fully meet the criteria within the quota set for each quarter, through an online random selection method. Each quarter, 125 candidates acquire the right to receive the subsidy.

The winner, upon receiving the notification of the subsidy allocation, enters into a preliminary agreement with a construction (contractor) organization to purchase housing under a mortgage loan.
