In Tashkent, some roads will be closed until August 3rd.

Due to the completion of asphalt paving works in the second phase of Mustaqillik Avenue in Tashkent, traffic will be temporarily restricted on some roads.

 

 

From 23:00 on July 31, 2026, until 22:00 on August 3, the movement of all types of vehicles will be stopped in the following sections:

 

  • Oqqo’rg’on Street — from the intersection with Mustaqillik Avenue to the intersection with Osiyo Street;
  • Parkent Street — from the intersection with Mustaqillik Avenue to the intersection with Parkent-2 Street.

 

It is noted that the restrictions have been introduced to complete the asphalt paving works with high quality and safety, to gradually improve road infrastructure, and to ensure traffic safety.

 

Officials apologized to drivers for possible inconveniences and recommended planning their routes in advance.
