The list of remaining vacant places in higher education institutions has been announced.
Registration for the additional selection for these places has started from August 22.
For the 2026/2027 academic year, 31,833 vacant places remained in bachelor's degree programs of higher education institutions. The Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills announced the list of vacant places remaining within the general admission parameters of HEIs.
The list shows available places by HEIs, bachelor's degree programs, and languages of instruction for full-time, evening, and distance learning formats. The set of subjects for the relevant programs is also provided.
Applicants who participated in the entrance exams for bachelor's degree programs of HEIs in the additional competition and scored at least 56.7 points but were not recommended for admission may take part.
Furthermore, in the second stage of registration, applicants who did not select an HEI and bachelor's degree program are also given the opportunity to choose vacant programs matching their set of subjects and language of instruction. Registration for the additional competition runs from August 22 to August 28.
Applicants will be recommended for admission to vacant places on the basis of the base tuition-fee contract, strictly following the order of their scores.
Based on the results of the competition, the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills will compile the relevant competition records and submit them to higher education institutions.
