"This visit opened another important page": Saida Mirziyoyeva on Ilham Aliyev's visit to Uzbekistan
Saida Mirziyoyeva commented on the visit of the President of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan, noting the fraternal relations between the two countries and the significance of the signed Treaty on Eternal Friendship.

Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, commented on the visit of the delegation led by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Uzbekistan.

Saida Mirziyoyeva noted on her Telegram page that the President of Azerbaijan and his family members were received with great respect in Uzbekistan.

She stated that the relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan are bound by fraternal ties. According to her, the closeness between the two peoples is reflected not only in official contacts but also in the mutual warmth and affection of the peoples toward each other.
“The commonality in our history, culture, and traditions is being further enriched today in the form of new joint projects in many areas, from infrastructure to investments. This visit has opened another important page in the history of our multifaceted relations,” wrote Saida Mirziyoyeva.

During the visit, a Treaty on Eternal Friendship was signed between the two countries.

Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized that the name of this document reflects the essence of the relations binding Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
“We are always glad to see our Azerbaijani friends in Uzbekistan. Welcome to our land, which always welcomes you with open arms, dear brothers!”, she wrote.
