100 restrooms to be established in Tashkent: 140.4 million soums may be allocated to the project
Sanitary-hygiene branches are established on the basis of public-private partnership in a simplified procedure.

In 2026, 100 sanitary-hygiene outlets (toilets) will be established in the central and tourist streets, avenues of Tashkent city, as well as around facilities visited by residents and tourists.
This is stipulated in the relevant decision of the Mayor of Tashkent city, Shavkat Umurzakov. The outlets will be established on the basis of public-private partnership under a simplified procedure.
According to the decision, a proposal will be submitted to the Supervisory Board of "Tashkent Invest Company" JSC regarding the allocation of 140.4 million soums for the costs of carrying out the necessary topographic works for the placement of toilets.
It is envisaged to allocate the funds to "Construction Engineering Surveys, Geoinformation, Urban Planning Cadastre Project Research Institute" LLC from the account of the Tashkent City Development Fund under the Tashkent City Mayor's Office.
"Tashkent Invest Company" JSC will ensure the targeted spending of the allocated funds. The Tashkent City Treasury Service Department will take measures to finance the funds in the prescribed manner.
