A gas explosion occurred in a multi-story building in Kokand.

 

On February 25 of this year at 14:47, a report was received by the Fergana Regional Emergency Management Department via the "112" unified dispatch service that a short circuit had occurred in one of the multi-story buildings located in the Bo'ston neighborhood of Kokand city, resulting in a fire.

 

Based on this report, rescue units immediately arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire in a short time. The situation has been fully brought under the control of the Fergana Regional Emergency Management Department.

 

According to preliminary information, no reports have been received of anyone sustaining bodily injuries as a result of the incident.

 

Currently, rescue workers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations are carrying out work to fully eliminate the consequences of the incident.
