Following this incident, the driver who assaulted the police officer's brother, who worked in the internal affairs system, was dismissed for attempting to interfere in the case.

"We argued because I had consumed alcohol. Then these patrol service officers arrived, and we got into a mutual altercation. After that, while intoxicated, I ended up assaulting him. I deeply regret what I did, I ask for your forgiveness. I apologize to everyone. When I caused the traffic accident, others could have been harmed because of me. I also damaged the reputation my brother had built over many years of work. All of it was because of that alcohol. This situation cannot be undone. I regret what I did," said Sherzod Pardayev.
