Following the results of the first round of the FIFA World Cup group stage, the ranking of the fastest players on the field has been announced. Uzbekistan national team defender Abdukodir Khusanov also made the list.
According to data provided by the BBC, Khusanov reached a speed of 36.5 kilometers per hour in the first group stage match. This result allowed him to share second place in the list of fastest players.
The top spot in the ranking was claimed by Australian national team player Jordan Bos, who recorded a speed of 36.7 km/h. Khusanov posted the same result as Norwegian striker Erling Haaland.
Additionally, the Uzbek defender outperformed South Korea national team captain Son Heung-min and French star Kylian Mbappé. Their speeds were 35.2 km/h and 35.1 km/h, respectively.
