Russia launched a major missile and drone attack on Ukraine.
In Kyiv and other cities, ports, energy and industrial facilities, as well as logistics centers of large trading companies, have been targeted.

Russia launched a major attack on Ukrainian territory with missiles and drones on the night of August 27. Reuters reported this.
The Ukrainian military stated that 258 drones and ballistic missiles were used during the attack. Air defense forces shot down seven ballistic missiles.
In Kyiv, the air attack lasted for several hours. Four people were injured as a result of drone debris. One person was killed and two were injured as a result of a strike on a shopping center in the city of Kharkiv.
The attacks also damaged the distribution center of the COMFY company in the Kyiv region. Another logistics center of a toy manufacturing company was destroyed. The Roshen company reported that one of its warehouses near Kyiv was destroyed.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that strikes were carried out on metallurgical enterprises in Kryvyi Rih and Zaporizhzhia, an oil refinery in the Poltava region, logistics centers around Kyiv, and three ports in the Odesa region. As a result of the attacks, train services were delayed in several regions of Ukraine.
Additionally, six Russian drones entered Moldovan airspace. One of them was found on Moldovan territory. President Maia Sandu condemned the incident.
Russia, in turn, warned that it could strike military facilities of the United Kingdom inside and outside Ukraine in response to strikes on Russian territory carried out by Ukraine using British weapons.
Earlier, Ukraine had struck Ozon logistics centers in Russia.
