A citizen who was being swept away in a canal in Chirchiq was rescued.
First medical aid was provided on the spot to the person who was brought ashore in an unconscious state.

Rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations saved a citizen who had fallen into a canal in the city of Chirchiq, Tashkent region.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations' report, on June 19 at around 1:00 PM, rescuers conducting preventive maintenance in the Bo'zsuv canal, which flows through the "Sharq" neighborhood in Chirchiq, noticed a citizen drifting motionless in the water current.
Immediately after, the rescuers jumped into the water and brought the citizen to the shore. First aid was provided on the spot to the person, who was unconscious.
It turned out that the citizen had fallen into the canal due to carelessness. Because he did not know how to swim, he was carried away by the strong water current. It is currently reported that his condition is good.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations urged citizens to strictly adhere to safety rules near water bodies.
