The woman was angry because her child was playing outside instead of going to the school club.

In Syrdarya region, an administrative penalty was imposed on a woman who beat her 10-year-old child for not attending a school club. This was reported in the "Millar" program here.
According to court documents, the woman became angry that her child was playing on the street instead of attending the school club, and struck the child on the head and other parts of the body with a clothes hanger she had in her hand. According to the forensic medical examination conclusion, the child sustained minor bodily injuries that did not cause short-term health impairment.
During the court hearing, the woman expressed remorse for her actions and asked for leniency. The victim's legal representative — the child's father — also stated that he learned about the incident only after returning from work, that he had no claims against his spouse, and asked for leniency to be applied to her, taking into account the unity of the family.
The court found the woman guilty under Part 2 of Article 59¹-2 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and sentenced her to 3 days of administrative detention.
She was also warned that if she repeats such actions in the future, she may face criminal liability.
