Individuals who distributed child pornography on Telegram have been arrested.
It has been determined that the suspects earned large amounts of income by selling illegal materials through social networks.

During rapid operational measures conducted by law enforcement agencies, citizens who distributed prohibited pornographic materials involving minors via the Telegram messenger were identified. This was reported by the press service of the Cyber Security Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In particular, during an operational measure conducted by employees of the Jizzakh Regional Department of Internal Affairs, an individual who had been distributing immoral and pornographic content involving minors on the messenger was identified. It was revealed that he had distributed a total of 403 types of child pornography materials through a channel with 442 subscribers.
During the initial investigation, the suspect stated that after joining similar channels out of interest, he himself created a channel where illegal videos involving adults and minors were posted, and expressed regret for his actions.
Furthermore, a 21-year-old citizen living in the Tashkent region was found to have opened 6 channels in the name of girls on the Telegram messenger and posted a total of 3,750 pornographic materials on them. Prior to the investigation, checks revealed that he had sold pornographic products involving minors to 837 individuals through other social networks and received illegal income amounting to 29.2 million soums.
Criminal cases have been initiated regarding these incidents under Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code.
Currently, the preventive measure of detention has been applied against the suspects, and investigative actions are ongoing.
