He demanded 50 thousand US dollars in exchange for formalizing 4 sotiks of land from the state reserve, located near the local government building, in the name of a buyer, by entering false information into archival documents with the help of his acquaintances in the administration.
During an urgent operation conducted by employees of the State Security Service of the Tashkent region and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, he was caught red-handed while receiving 10 thousand dollars of the demanded amount and was apprehended with material evidence.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the governor's assistant under Article 168, Part 4, paragraph "a" and Article 211, Part 3, paragraph "a" of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are ongoing.
