The head specialist of the agriculture department of G‘allaorol district administration was caught while receiving 6700 dollars.
He demanded money in exchange for selling and formalizing documents for 11 hectares of land belonging to a farm.

A corruption case related to the illegal sale of land has been uncovered in Gallaorol district of Jizzakh region. This was reported to DXX by Zamon.uz.
It is reported that the chief specialist of the district administration's agriculture department agreed to sell 11 hectares of land belonging to his son's farm to a buyer for 11 thousand US dollars. As part of the agreement, he received an advance of 5 thousand US dollars.
Furthermore, he was caught red-handed while receiving the remaining 6 thousand US dollars and an additional 700 US dollars, totaling 6700 US dollars, in exchange for formalizing the relevant documents for the land through his acquaintances in the administration and cadastre offices.
The prompt operation was carried out in cooperation with employees of the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes.
Regarding this case, a criminal case has been initiated against the chief specialist under Article 168, Part 3, paragraph "a" and Articles 28 and 211, Part 1 of the Criminal Code.
Currently, investigative actions are being carried out within the framework of this criminal case.
