"Army weapons will be aimed at the Kremlin": A Russian military officer addressed Putin and issued a threat.
The Kremlin announced that it would investigate a video appeal regarding torture in the army.

The Kremlin has announced that it will review a video appeal addressed to President Vladimir Putin by Alexander Lunin, a Russian military veteran who participated in the war in Ukraine. Reuters reported this.
According to reports, in the video, he accuses Russian commanders of torturing and killing soldiers for refusing to carry out "deadly orders" or for refusing to pay money to commanders.
Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that the video appeal has not yet been reviewed, but due to the presence of "rather strange expressions" in it, its content will be examined first.
According to Reuters, in his video appeal, Lunin claimed that thousands of Russian military personnel are being held in special pits for refusing to carry out orders or pay money to their commanders, are subsequently tortured and killed, and then false information is spread that they "went missing in action."
However, the video does not provide evidence to support these claims, nor does it name the victims or the accused individuals. Reuters also noted that it could not independently verify this information.
Lunin, a resident of the Voronezh region, recorded the video wearing military uniform and medals. He threatened that if he does not meet personally with President Putin on a live broadcast in the near future, "the army will turn its weapons towards the Kremlin."
According to reports, the video appeal was viewed over 12 million times on the Instagram network within 24 hours. Instagram is banned in Russia and can only be accessed primarily via VPN.
