In Tashkent, more than 7 kg of synthetic narcotic substance was found in a passenger's luggage.
This substance was hidden in dry milk packages, and a citizen of a neighboring country agreed to deliver the cargo for 1,000 US dollars.

A synthetic drug mephedrone was found in the luggage of a 19-year-old citizen of a neighboring country who arrived from Phuket. This was reported by the press secretary of the Chairman of the Customs Committee, Husan Tangriyev, in a statement.
According to the report, when the passenger's luggage was inspected by customs, packaged dry milk products among the items aroused suspicion among customs officers.
An expert examination conducted at the Central Customs Laboratory determined that the substance inside the 10 packages was not dry milk, but the synthetic drug mephedrone, with a total weight of 7 kilograms and 180 grams.
According to preliminary information, the passenger brought these narcotics to Tashkent city for delivery on the instructions of an unknown person he met via the "Telegram" messenger, in exchange for 1,000 US dollars.
Inquiry and investigative actions are being carried out in accordance with the established procedure regarding the incident.
It is noted that liability is established for the transnational transfer of narcotics by an organized group or via the Internet network, and this is punishable by imprisonment for 15 to 20 years.
