Uzbek migrants in Russia forced to walk like ducks.
During the conducted raid, it was determined that they had been living illegally in Russian territory.

During a raid conducted in Russia's Volgograd region, 34 citizens of Uzbekistan were found to have been living illegally on Russian territory. It was revealed that a local citizen had assisted them.
According to reports, law enforcement officers in the Ilovlinsky district of the Volgograd region conducted a raid to check compliance with migration legislation at greenhouse farms. During the inspection, it was found that some foreign workers had not complied with the rules for staying in Russia.
In photos published by the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs, it is possible to see human rights violations and the practice of a "duck walk" being applied to migrants.
A 56-year-old head of a peasant farm was responsible for this situation. He had provided information that he had given a place of residence to the 34 Uzbek citizens for their registration. However, in practice, they were not living at the address indicated in the registration but had been living near the greenhouses.
An investigation into the incident is currently underway. The local citizen admitted to his actions. A criminal case has been initiated against him under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen at a place of residence in the Russian Federation"). The farmer now faces up to 5 years of imprisonment.
