During the investigation, the dowry items brought by the bride during the marriage were identified and a list was compiled on a legal basis. In accordance with this list, 48 types of items — household appliances, kitchen equipment, bedding, personal use items, and equipment belonging to the child — were returned to their owner.
The enforcement process was conducted in full compliance with the requirements of the current legislation. Thus, the citizen's property rights were ensured.
