The man in Zangiata pays 125 million alimony

By the decision of the Zangiota Interdistrict Court on Civil Cases dated August 28, 2024, the debtor b.M was ordered to pay alimony in the amount of half of his monthly income for the benefit of the claimant G.M for the purpose of providing material support for one child.

This enforcement document was received by the Zangiota District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau for execution, and enforcement actions were carried out by the department's state enforcement officers.

During the enforcement actions, because the debtor citizen did not voluntarily settle the debt, his right to leave the territory of our Republic was temporarily restricted based on Article 42(1) of the Law.

The debtor's close relatives offered him a high-paying job abroad, which created a need for him to travel.

Therefore, the debtor father came to the Zangiota District Department of the Bureau in February of this year and voluntarily paid the debt as agreed with the claimant, and the alimony funds were collected and transferred to the claimant.

Subsequently, the enforcement document was completed based on the claimant's application in accordance with Article 40(1) of the Law.
