Legal measures are being applied against debtors who fail to fulfill alimony obligations on time in the district.

 

Based on the decision of the Yangiyol District Court on Civil Cases dated February 20, 2025, it was established to collect alimony from debtor A.Kh. in favor of claimant M.Kh. in the amount of one-third of his monthly income.

 

However, due to the debtor's failure to timely cover the alimony debt amounting to 25 million soums, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention.

 

Furthermore, based on the decision of the Interdistrict Court of Uzbekistan dated October 7, 2014, it was established to collect alimony from debtor L.M. in favor of claimant Sh.M. for the support of one child in the amount of 4,800 US dollars (58,272,000 soums).

 

Within the framework of the proceedings of the Yangiyol District Division of the Bureau, these funds were fully collected, and the child's support was ensured.
