In Andijan, a citizen indebted by credit was separated from his car.

A credit agreement is a responsible agreement between two parties. However, if the debt is not repaid on time, its consequences will inevitably be covered through the mortgaged property.

Regarding a similar case, the Andijan Regional Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement received a court document for the recovery of a total of 230.8 million soums from debtor Q.Sh. in favor of "TRASTBANK XAB" JSC. According to the court decision, the recovery is directed at the "JETOUR SOUEAST" brand vehicle belonging to the debtor, which is under mortgage.

Due to the debtor's failure to fulfill the obligation, enforcement actions were taken, and the "JETOUR SOUEAST" vehicle was seized. Currently, this vehicle has been put up for sale in an electronic online auction.

The funds received from the sale will be directed to fully cover the debt.
