In Jizzakh, 22.6 billion alimony was collected, 122 debtors were found.

The territorial divisions of the Jizzakh Regional Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau have nearly 14,000 enforcement documents related to child support and alimony collection in their workflow. Since the beginning of this year, over 900 of them have been completed and closed.

 

During the past period of the current year, alimony debt amounting to 22.6 billion soums was collected in favor of minors.

 

Administrative cases were initiated against 263 debtor individuals who evaded alimony payments and were sent to courts for consideration. Furthermore, criminal cases were initiated against 8 debtors who deliberately evaded alimony payments without drawing the appropriate conclusion from administrative penalties, and investigative actions were carried out in January-February of this year.

 

At the same time, as a result of urgent search measures conducted among 323 debtors previously declared wanted for deliberately evading alimony payments, 122 individuals were identified.
