In Jizzakh, a father was separated from his car for not paying alimony.

Some parents fail to realize that providing for their children is more important than driving around in a car, forgetting their responsibility for child support.

According to a court decision in a civil case, alimony was established to be collected from debtor A.A. in favor of claimant S.Ch. for the support of two minor children. This enforcement document was received by the Zomin district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau for execution.

During enforcement proceedings, it was established that A.A.'s alimony debt had reached 20 million soums. After inquiries were sent to relevant organizations, it became known that the debtor owned a Matiz brand car. The debtor stated that he used this car for passenger transportation and would pay off his alimony debt, but he did not pay the alimony.

During the enforcement proceedings, the Matiz brand car belonging to the debtor was placed in a penalty parking lot.

If the debtor does not pay the alimony debt on time, the car will be sold at an auction.
