It has been revealed that the citizen caused 1.1 billion soums in damages by illegally using electricity at his enterprise.

Citizen A.A., with the aim of obtaining material income, had been using electricity by connecting directly to the power line, bypassing the meter, in the building of his family-owned enterprise which he manages, as a result of which he caused a total damage of 1.1 billion soums to "Regional Electric Networks" JSC.

 

A decision has been made by the To'rtko'l District Court regarding the recovery of the caused damage from "Regional Electric Networks" JSC to the "Energosavdo" branch in Karakalpakstan in the criminal case.

 

Based on this verdict, the issued writ of execution has been received by the To'rtko'l District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, and enforcement actions have been initiated by the state enforcement officers of the department.

 

In particular, a restriction on the debtor's right to leave the Republic of Uzbekistan has been imposed, a prohibition has been placed on 2 real estate properties belonging to him, after which the debtor was forced to fully pay the 1.1 billion soums of criminal damage caused.
