More than 14,000 Uzbek citizens repatriated from Middle Eastern countries — Ministry of Transport
Return operations are being carried out through airports in Saudi Arabia because the airspace in the Middle East is closed.

According to the Ministry of Transport, due to military operations in the Middle East, the airspace of Bahrain, Kuwait, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Qatar, and Israel is closed, and the work to repatriate Uzbek citizens to their homeland is ongoing.
It is reported that as of 10:00 AM on March 7, from February 28, 13,543 citizens have been brought via 63 flights from Medina and Jeddah airports, and 1,401 citizens via 9 flights from Dubai airport. A total of 1,365 passengers have been evacuated through foreign airlines, of which 990 are citizens of Uzbekistan.
Organizational work is ongoing to evacuate citizens remaining in Qatar through Saudi Arabia's Riyadh airport. The majority of the citizens arrived on package tours.
The Ministry of Transport calls on tour operators and agents to fulfill their obligations and maintain regular contact with passengers. According to insurance policies, all costs must be covered in force majeure situations.
Furthermore, the report notes that at the same time, regular international flights from Saudi Arabia's Dammam and Riyadh airports, which are close to Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain, are operating without restrictions on all routes, and the sale of air tickets is currently available.
