A father from Fergana will pay over 1 billion in alimony to his child.

A citizen of Fergana paid over 1 billion soums in alimony, which was due to be paid until the child reached adulthood, in a lump sum. The Information Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed Zamon.uz about this.

According to the record, based on the relevant enforcement sheet of the Civil Court, the debtor M.Kh. was ordered to pay alimony to the claimant K.N. in the amount of one-fourth of all his income until one child reached adulthood.

This enforcement sheet was received by the district department of the Bureau on March 11 of this year, and notifications about it were sent to the parties on the same day.

During the enforcement actions, the state bailiff responsible for the enforcement case provided legal explanations to the parties.

It is known that during the preventive conversation, it was revealed that the debtor and the claimant had lived together for some time based on a religious marriage without entering into a legal marriage, and as a result of mutual disagreements, the claimant took the debtor to court for alimony.

The debtor's parents learned about this court decision and, fully understanding their child's rights and obligations, expressed a desire to immediately pay the 1 billion 24 million soums that had to be paid until the minor child reached the age of eighteen.

On March 29 of this year, 1 billion 24 million soums in alimony funds were fully transferred to the claimant, and the enforcement document was completed.
