A 17-year-old girl who was involved in a traffic accident in Kazakhstan has been returned to Uzbekistan.
Citizens who suffered a stroke in Latvia and found themselves in a difficult situation in Russia were also repatriated to their homeland.

Citizens of Uzbekistan who found themselves in difficult situations in Kazakhstan, Latvia, and Russia have returned to their homeland. The press service of the Migration Agency reported this.
It is noted that one of the citizens — a 17-year-old girl — was traveling to Russia by road transport via Kazakhstan when she was involved in a traffic accident in the Atyrau region. As a result, she sustained severe bodily injuries and underwent several surgical procedures.
According to a specialist from the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care, the patient was diagnosed with a fracture of the fifth cervical vertebra and impaired spinal cord function. After undergoing two surgeries in Atyrau, she was brought to Uzbekistan under intensive therapy supervision.
Currently, the girl is being treated at the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care. Doctors report that her condition is satisfactory.
Additionally, another citizen of Uzbekistan who went to Latvia independently for work has also been returned to the homeland. According to the Agency, upon arriving at the destination, he was not provided with the promised job. As a result of severe psychological pressure, he suffered a stroke. After the treatment process, he was allowed to return to Uzbekistan under the supervision of doctors.
Furthermore, another citizen of Uzbekistan who fell into a difficult situation in Russia was also brought to the homeland under the observation of doctors assigned by the Ministry of Health.
The Migration Agency urged citizens to go abroad for work only through safe, legal, and guaranteed means.
The agency also announced that efforts to provide assistance to citizens of Uzbekistan who find themselves in difficult situations abroad are ongoing.
