Issues of strengthening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the United States were discussed.

Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting in New Delhi with the U.S. President's Special Representative for South and Central Asia, Ambassador Sergio Gor took place.
According to the Minister, the parties noted that Uzbekistan-U.S. strategic partnership relations are consistently developing in all directions, and discussed further intensifying dialogue at the highest and high levels, as well as priority areas of bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, they also exchanged views on cooperation in the C5+1 format, preparations for upcoming joint events, as well as pressing issues on the regional and international agenda.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue open and trust-based dialogue between Uzbekistan and the United States, as well as to further expand practical cooperation.
