Strategic partnership relations were established between Uzbekistan and Serbia.
The exchange of bilateral documents took place in the presence of the heads of state.

Following the talks held in Belgrade, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić signed a joint declaration on establishing strategic partnership relations.

In the presence of the heads of state, bilateral documents were exchanged, including:
- On labor mobility and migration;
- On international transport of passengers and cargo by road;
- On interregional cooperation;
- On cooperation in the fields of agriculture, water management, and sustainable development of rural areas;
- On cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters;
- On establishing a working group to commence negotiations on a free trade agreement;
- On cooperation in the field of renewable energy and "green" technologies;
- On cooperation in the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnologies;
- On cooperation in the field of tourism and cultural visits;
- On cooperation in supporting the Middle Corridor;
- On cooperation in the field of railway infrastructure;
- On cooperation in the field of economic diplomacy;
- On cooperation in the field of cinematography and the production of joint films;
- On cooperation in the field of culture for 2026-2028;
- On cooperation in the field of labor safety and health protection;
- On cooperation in the field of protecting persons with disabilities and supporting their position in society;
- On cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies;
- On cooperation in the fields of digitalization, e-government, and the application of modern technologies;
- On cooperation in the field of environmental protection;
- On establishing partnership relations between the Samarkand region and the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
