Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed developing the "SCO Plus" format as an interregional dialogue platform at this link. It was emphasized that attention must be paid to issues of sustainable growth, introduction of high technologies, adaptation to climate change, human capital, education, and support for youth.

 

 

It was also proposed to create a Cooperation Network of regional organizations within the framework of "SCO Plus" and to make more active use of their potential in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

 

 

The President proposed forming an Open Bank of interregional projects and technologies in the fields of natural resource management, "green" energy, digital services, and healthcare.

 

 

With the aim of strengthening economic cooperation, an initiative was put forward to grant the "SCO Invest" forum the status of a permanently operating platform.

 

In the cultural and humanitarian sphere, it was proposed to establish a permanent forum of cultures and civilizations under "SCO Plus" and to hold it in the city of Khiva.
