Special statuses will be introduced for those who contribute to increasing greenery.
Additionally, individuals who have established at least five "green gardens" or public parks will be awarded the state prize "Builder of the Future."

A Presidential decree aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the nationwide "Green Space" project in the Republic of Uzbekistan has been adopted.
According to the document, by 2028, new botanical and dendrological gardens covering at least 100 hectares each will be established in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, all regions, and the city of Tashkent. By 2030, it is planned to increase the country's overall greenery level from 14.2% to 30% and expand green areas per capita to 9–10 square meters.
Furthermore, key tasks include reducing the amount of harmful PM2.5 and PM10 particles by 20–25% and lowering the air temperature by an average of 1.5–2 degrees in areas with harsh climates.
According to the decree, the status of dendrological gardens will be equated to that of botanical gardens, and they will be recognized as protected natural areas. Land plots allocated for these gardens will be exempt from payments for losses in agricultural production. Their privatization, alienation, or reduction in area is strictly prohibited.
The gardens will be transferred to the jurisdiction of the Ecology Committee and used as scientific, educational, and experimental bases. Additionally, they will serve as practical platforms for "Green Universities" and "green" technical colleges.
Starting from 2027, "green ambassadors" will be assigned to botanical and dendrological gardens from each region. They will be responsible for monitoring the condition of green areas, participating in environmental events, and attracting financial resources.
The decree also introduces the "Green Ticket" system. Through this system, the carbon footprint of vehicles and products during the manufacturing process will be calculated, and citizens will be provided with the opportunity to compensate for environmental damage. These funds will be directed exclusively towards tree planting and maintenance.
Moreover, citizens and entrepreneurs contributing to the "Green Space" project will be incentivized.
Specifically:
— Individuals who plant at least 100 trees will be granted the status of "eco-active citizen";
— Entrepreneurs who organize the planting of at least 1,000 trees will be granted the status of "Eco-Partner";
— Those who contribute to planting more than 50,000 saplings will be awarded the title of "Mecenat."
Additionally, individuals who establish at least five "green gardens" or public parks will be awarded the state prize "Builder of the Future."
These measures will serve to expand green areas in the country, restore ecological balance, and further improve the environmental protection system.
