In the Quva district of the Fergana region, a dispute arose over a land issue, and it became known that a citizen threatened with a knife. The regional Internal Affairs Department reported this.
According to the report, on May 22 of this year, citizen A.A., a resident of the "Sultonobod" neighborhood in Quva district, got into an argument with his neighbors L.H. and H.A., who were carrying out landscaping work at a local children's football field, over the land area. It was stated that the citizen claimed he had an 8-meter right to the area, provoked a conflict, and brought a knife to the public place that could be used as a cold weapon.
Following the citizens' appeal, preventive inspectors promptly arrived at the scene and resolved the dispute. Additionally, the knife that was in the citizen's possession was officially confiscated in accordance with the relevant procedures. No one sustained any bodily injuries during the incident.
Currently, in connection with this incident, documents have been prepared against citizen A.A. under Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 185-2 (carrying a cold weapon or items that can be used as a cold weapon) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and the case has been sent to the judicial authority.
