Two women were rescued from becoming victims of human trafficking at Tashkent airport.
They had set off for Istanbul, deceived by the promise of finding a high-income job in Turkey.

Employees of the Fergana Regional Internal Affairs Department, in cooperation with the State Security Service, prevented a crime related to human trafficking.
It was found that a woman registered in the Pop district of Namangan region, but residing in the Buvayda district of Fergana region, conspired in advance with an acquaintance living in Istanbul, Turkey, and attempted to send two women abroad.
According to reports, one of the victims lives in the Uchko'prik district, and the other in the Buvayda district. The suspects deceived them with promises of finding high-income jobs in Turkey and even arranged electronic airline tickets for their travel to Istanbul.
However, during an operational measure conducted by law enforcement agencies, the women's departure abroad was stopped at Tashkent International Airport.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident, and investigative actions are underway.
Law enforcement agencies have called on citizens to be cautious when trusting individuals offering jobs abroad, to use only legal labor migration channels, and not to fall for suspicious offers.
